Management and execution of the eCommerce strategy, including website performance, UX, developing and implementing campaigns, operations and reporting. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to support driving revenue growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate the day to day running of eCommerce platforms, including website optimisation, UX, product management, sales operations and data analytics
- Assist in image and copy requests, maintaining the image library, uploading products and marketing content
- Execute promotional campaigns, collaborating with brand marketing teams
- Liaise with CRM Specialist on monthly EDM briefing, planning and execution
- Liaise with key stakeholders (customer service, inventory, warehouse and sales) to align and support ecommerce activities
- Analysis and reporting on performance metrics utlising tools and methodologies -
- 2+ years eCommerce marketing experience
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills
- Exposure across eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Google Analytics tools
- A great team mentality – able to work cross-functionally with a high performing team
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Both analytical and creative mind-set
- Great ideas, positive attitude and proactive working style
- Qualification in marketing
